Director Gregory Cooper has studied Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu since 1987. Gregory lived in Japan from January of 1992 through September of 1994 where he trained with Hatsumi Soke and several of the Bujinkan's senior Japanese Shihan. He has returned to Japan many times since then to further his training. At the 1999 Daikomyosai Gregory passed the sakki jutsu test and was awarded the full Shidoshi instructor's license. He began studying Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in the summer of 2008 and currently holds a Blue Belt. Gregory has NRA certification as a Range Safety Officer and as an Instructor of the disciplines of Pistol, Riffle, Shotgun and Home Firearms Safety. Professionally, he is an entrepreneur and business owner. Gregory has a BA in Asian Studies, an MBA in Finance, and is a CFA Charterholder. He can be reached at
