Battlefield Wrestling Seminar

This 5 hour intensive runs from 10am - 3pm and will focus on body weight conditioning and structure for stand-up wrestling, including grips, releases and throws best suited for the street rather than sport. Students with 3, 6 or 12 month memberships get in free. Students on monthly memberships get the first two hours free and can train the balance for an additional $30. Outsiders and drop ins are $50.
