Sébastien a 15 ans d’expérience en arts martiaux. Il est ceinture noire en Kung Fu Viétnamien (Vo Co Truyen Thu’o’ng Lao). Il a de plus pratiqué le Wing Chun, la Boxe, le Kickboxing, le Muay Thai, la Savate, le Jujitsu Brésilien et la Capoeira Régionale pendant quelques années. Il pratique le Systema depuis 5 ans et en est instructeur depuis 2 ans. Il a participé à plusieurs séminaires avec Vladimir Vasiliev, Konstantin Komarov, Martin Wheeler, Valentin Talanov, Mikhail Ryabko et à un camps intensif de 5 jours en 2008. Il poursuit régulièrement sa formation avec Kevin Secours tant en Systema qu’en Modern Kempo Jujitsu, en cours privés et réguliers.
Il est également massothérapeute depuis 6 ans avec plus de 1300 heures de formation, que ce soit en Suédois, Shiatsu, Chinei Tsang, Californien ou pour femmes enceintes. En complément, il poursuit présentement une formation en diététique.
Entraîneur personnel depuis 9 ans, il est maintenant entraîneur et propriétaire de CrossFit Longueuil.
Combat Systema Longeuil is under the direction of instructor Sébastien Lebeau. Sébastien benefits from over 15 years in the martial arts. A black belt in Vietnamese Kung Fu (Vo Co Truyeu Thu'o'ng Lao), he has also practiced Wing Chun, Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Savate, Brazillian Jujitsu and Capoeira. During his past 5 years of Systema training, he had trained under Vladimir Vasiliev, Konstantin Komarov, Martin Wheeler, Valentin Talanov and Mikhail Ryabko and is a regular student under Kevin Secours in Combat Systema and Modern Kempo Jujitsu. He is also a massotherapist for over 6 years having logged over 1300 hours of training in Swedish, Shiatsu, Chinei Tsang, Californian and pregancy massage. He has been a personal trainer for the past 9 years and is the owner and director of CrossFit Longeuil. Currently, he is pursuing his students in dietary nutrition.
