Director Andrew Seyderhelm is a Full Instructor with the ICSA, who benefits from a lifetime of martial arts experience. Beginning in tae kwon do at age seven, he progressed through karate, kung-fu, kick boxing, jujitsu, aikido before finally discovering Systema under Vladimir Vasiliev and Mikhail Ryabko. Andrew is a dedicated practitioner and lifelong student who regularly trains in other styles through private coaching and lessons to continuously expand his understand of the combat arts. He is also a qualified fitness coach and accredited government martial arts instructor (under the NCAS scheme). Andrew is dedicated to bringing reality, flow and fun to all of his classes and is available for group and private instruction.
